Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Believe the other bad reviews. Went in to do a wire transfer and the manager asked if I had an appointment. No I didn't and there were zero customers. Manager told me I need to make an appointment. Took the time to show me how to use the app and schedule an appointment. In that amount of time she could have completed the wire transfer. Went to factoria branch and they were busy but told me they can do the wire. Within 1 minute someone was helping me and completed it in 10 minutes. Save yourself grief and go to factoria branch. They are professional and will gladly help.nThere is a reason why the eastgate branch was empty and the factoria one was really busy.

Bank is easily accessible from many places in Bellevue. Two ATMs, one drive-up, both support smart phone access.

I had a 10:30 appointment. Asked teller and waited for 45 mins. After 45 mins came to know staff is struggling with multiple tech issue. I got a letter but due BOA process manger’s hands were tied. She was able to notarize letter to help me best she can

OMG what awful customer service! I so never will come back.nFirst of all the Woman that is the teller there of Chinese or Korean decent is rude, does not even say hello. Then there is the manager lady she is just as rude! How in the world BofA hires this when they want people's business? Unbelievable!

I went there to close the account. There were three people doing nothing but they said we don't do that service and just call the customer service center. What kind of bank is this? I never recommend this branch and BoA at all. Use another bank for your service.
