I was on the lake and had experienced extreme heat exhaustion and dehydration while kayak fishing. I made it to the boat launch at a zero energy level and went inside for refuge out of the heat. The angel that was working noticed that I wasn’t right and she began to help me. She provided me with a drink, A little bag of ice to cool myself, moved me to a area at the end of counter where I would be able to use the trash can if needed, and was a place where ac would blow directly on me. I am beyond thankful for the hospitality and care that was given.

If u r out on the basin or visiting the area, Turtle's bar is a must! U will not regret it

Took a swamp boat tour out of there and hung out at the bar the rest of the day definitely going back
