Love going to wally world especially after the stay at home order for the Carona Virus
The staff are always friendly. Usually have a great time when I visit this store. Only problem I have encountered is the fact that it takes so long to get help in the bicycle department. I had to wait 45 minutes to get into the inner tubes cabinet, and then the worker didn't have the right keys for the cabinet. Other than that the sales associates are very knowledgeable about all the products sold in the store, and are willing to take the time to make sure you get what you came for and that you understand how to use it.
Only 7 human check out lines. I've never seen all 7 open at once. No matter how long the line is.
Walmart store website advertises a Blackstone griddle at $197.00. This is an in store only purchase. The store and its management wouldn't honor the price. Called customer service with zero luck getting help as they kept transferring my call until they hung up. This is a a clear cut case of fraud through false advertising, which is illegal and a fineable offense, which I will be pursuing. Walmart has truly fallen from the top retailer it once was, it's no surprise Amazon is killing them.
