My experience this time was fantastic. My wife had ordered the wrong prescription food for my cat, and it is impossible to return because this store doesn't have a pharmacy and don't stock the food. The manager called customer service for me, and they were able to issue a refund while I was in the store. Definitely something I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. Very thankful.
I called two weeks ago and was informed that my dogs rabies shot had exired earlier this month. I told groomer that I would get a shot from the family. I called back a few minutes later and told groomer I'd be in for bath after the vet visit. When I showed up for bath appointment I was informed about rule prohibiting same day bath as shot. Would have been nice to know that either phone conversation
Good customer service but a little short of staff
Always love Petco. But the location at 136th and Kenneth/State Line has the BEST grooming. We have been to several fancy grooming places and this Petco beats them all!
They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
