Ordered a set of red 26” spinnergy wheels, got a set of black 25” spinnergys. Sent those back and got a damaged set of black spinnergy 26s. Sent those back and just received another set of black wheels.nIt’s a shame a company will accept over $800 of your money (a months wage for a lot of us) and refuse to send you what you ordered! It’s been three months and at this point I am sick of not having the wheels that I need so I just have to accept what they sent me.nWill never spend another red cent with this company

I ordered a new wheelchair from the SportAid website and it was a great experience! Customer service was wonderful. They contacted me the same day I put in the order, as I had selected the wrong axle size for my chair and they just needed to clear it up. I spoke with Gwen, and she was great, very polite and personable. I was updated several times through the process, and sent a tracking number when my chair shipped out. The chair I ordered was a Quickie QRI and it was made and shipped in less than three weeks. I will definitely be ordering through SportAid again.
