Empire has always been helpful and great with there customers, i have never bought a bad product from them.
If it wasn't the only vape store that's open till 7:00 p.m. I would have left and went somewhere else. $42 for five coils! That is the highest I have ever paid and extremely overpriced. I have been to all lower 48 states and I have never paid $21 for two boxes of coil with one box missing the coil. I will never ever no matter what go back into that place or I will never recommend it to anyone. I can get the same stuff online for 20 bucks so you know if they're buying wholesale they're getting it cheaper than that. The markup in this place is outrageous so if you're new to vaping beware

I live 30 minutes from Vape shop. So I drive there to get items. They’re Closed. Website needs to be took down. Online it even says there open. Signs there, two signs. Not open, some people just don’t care about the public. Take your website down. Remove the one on the building. One on the road. Misleading to the public.
