I went to the Verizon store to get assistance with getting a replacement for my mother's cell. I pay almost $300 a month including insurance. She went to the store twice yesterday and they would only give her a pamphlet. When I went there today the associate refused to have anyone help us and just kept saying call Apple. I paid $700 for this device and it's $200 for a replacement. Terrible customer service! I will not stay with Verizon once my plan runs out.
The store wouldn’t allow me inside. Given a number for tech support. Had to use 90 minutes of my own minutes to get no result. Technical issue that warrants a replacement. Was told as soon as this months bill is paid I would get a replacement shipped. Immediately did and was then told that He couldn’t ship one. I was then transferred to someone else who said an extended warranty may take care of it. Then transferred to someone else who basically said there was nothing they could do. Worst customer service ever. So I lost 90 minutes of my life and the minutes that I pay for and still have a phone with facial recognition shot. Congratulations Verizon. You have lost a customer for life. I will be posting as many negative reviews as I can on as many sites as I can when I get the time.
Terrible they lied and charged me a fee that was not supposed to be.Jacob is the worst!

Literally the worst Verizon i have ever been too. Everything is a problem with them, they never answer the phone and make it nearly impossible to do anything with them.
