Awesome customer service.. I placed my order and they called as they said they would to confirm. They told me it would be about 1 week to ship because of the busy season. When it did not show up after 2nd week, I called and they promised to research my order. Amazingly they called me back within a hour and informed me they had found my misplaced order.nNOW THIS IS THE MOST AMAZING PART.... They shipped my complete order.. They refunded my full payment and also shipped me a free T-Shirt!!!!! I will only buy my Crappie lures from this company from now on..They have now made a loyal customer and I tell all my fishing buddies to buy from this small company..

I've been in the Vidalia area for a few years but am just finding out about this gem that apparently has been here for quite some time. Great local place to get bait. Store was organized, clean and the gentleman that waited on me was very kind and helpful. Have already recommended it to a friend.

I went here yesterday and the store was closed and it was after six, so I looked up the hours and it said the store is open until 6:00pm on Thursdays. I looked on the time for Friday so I could go and I got there today and it was closed. They should update their website because it said on Fridays that it closes at 6:00pm, and when I got there at 5:20pm it was closed with a paper on the door saying it closed at 5:00pm. I’ve just been trying to get some crickets and now I’m not able to fish while I’m visiting Vidalia.

Its a lie they close on Saturday at 3 pm and I'm very upset that I drove to get some bait and they was closed
