First let me say I have been a BOA customer since 1989. This is the worst branch I have dealt with. Here is my experience. They have 6 teller windows but only one teller. They used to have 2 tellers but now only one. I have personal business at the bank about once or twice per month. There is frequently a line of 6-8 people in front of me when I walk in the bank. One teller waiting on 8 people can take a very long time. Today I went into the bank and there were 3 people in front of me. Nice I thought. One problem. The teller ignored us. The teller was not waiting on anyone, just doing paper work. No one at her window. after 5 minutes she finally called a person to her window. When it became my turn I walked up to the teller window. She told me I am not ready for you yet please stand back and wait in line. Anyway, this is the typical service you get at this bank, which is to say not much. They treat you like a bad little boy or girl that has to mind them and put up with their abuse, not like a valued customer. It's like you serve them, not the other way around. They act as though you have no choice but to put up with them. Needless to say I am looking for another bank. I truly hate this branch. Hate it.
