Had an appt and the banker was going to be out. Received a call from another banker who offered to work my appointment in early, so I was able to take care of setting up my new account. I appreciate the initiative and help when they were short on staff.
Stopped at Chase bank around 1:30pm today inquiring about savings account interest rates and the guy told me that I couldn't be seen because I needed to make an appointment. I looked around and the place was empty! They lost my business, as I was planning on investing a good sum of money into a savings account. Taking my business elsewhere!
Chase bank is horrible save ur self time and money and do not open an account with chase.
Very bad experience with these guys.. I tried to cash my company’s check. And they refused to pay it. Reason was they don’t pay amount over $2,500.00
I have been calling this place all day to make an appointment and literally no one had answered the phone since the morning. I have been calling at least 3 times every hour. And no answer. Very disappointing I wanted to open an account I will have to go to BECU
