The guys here are great. They do a very nice job. Communication on calling could be a little bit better along with the time frame of getting your summer sausage.

had sausage made from deer, it taste way to salty, or fat added taste bad, not sure which it was. asked for half maple and half spicy sausage got spicy and mild.

Quincy Clayton i have searched the books and i dont even see you down as ever bringing me anything. what you are describing would have cost 52.00 and i will let anyone at any time walk my cutting room. Just drove by this place. They had a dumpster in plain view out front of gutted deer parts. Wasteful & disgusting.
