When I went to the Perry store to get some help with one of my phones the lady quickly said she couldn't help me without even trying to do anything. That's the first time I've been in that store and dealt with someone who could care less about trying to help me. If she stays with that job she needs to learn how to deal with the public and have better customer service.

Journey met me upon entrance into the store. He was most professional and patient. He was exceptional in his knowledge and very polite. Great to see in this era of diminished, impersonal customer service. Certainly a valuable asset to the AT&T family.
