I have been going to Ridleys market ever since it was opened. The building had two other grocery stores prior to Ridleys opening. Both of those stores were far superior to the Ridleys store. Ridleys was not bad when they first opened but have been going progressively downhill for the past couple of years. I have had multiple friends who have worked there and all have left because they have said the workplace was toxic. Every time I shop there our groceries are bagged in a way that is either dangerous because they mix different types of meat together, such as pork with beef or beef with chicken, or they put bread in the same bag as meat. If they aren't misbagging the meat, they are smashing the bread or putting frozen foods in with fresh vegetables. I have yet to find a happy, friendly employee. Most of the time smiles are non-existant. I wish the store's owners or managers could train their employees in the proper way to bag groceries and encourage better customer service.

I used to come here all the time with my friends when I was in high school. It's convenient and tastes great! (And the chicken isn't soggy. It's crisp and yummy. My friends used to bring me the chicken as takeout and we'd eat at the school cafeteria. Still warm, soft, juicy, and crisp after driving it everywhere.) 👍

I went to Ridley’s to pick up a few items. I stood in line at the register for at least 10 minutes at the register waiting to check out but the register was having problems. The poor checkout girl called Kevin several times “I assume he was a manger”. I watched Kevin walk around and do everything but hurry to help the poor cashier who couldn’t clear her register. And after Kevin finally showed up he couldn’t clear it either. He acted annoyed and put out. I wish I knew the cashiers name because she did a great job and should be commended. I can’t say the same for Kevin. I ended up leaving because I didn’t have any confidence that Kevin was going to be able to fix the problem.
