I had a great experience overall. The store is clean and follows COVID-19 guidelines, so I felt safe visiting and selecting my glasses. The team helped me make selections on features for my glasses that looked great, and they fit perfectly. What really made my experience stand out was help from Brittany. My glasses were taking longer than usual to come back from the lab, and Brittany remembered me, monitored my situation, and consistently and proactively followed up with me and the lab until my glasses were ready. I was so impressed with her level of service.

I walked in and was greeted by Omoh who was so friendly. Omoh helped me with prescription sunglasses and another pair of every day glasses. She was very patient and provided wonderfulnCustomer service!!! Will always go there!!

Brittaney provided VIP Customer Service which appers to be her standard. She was engaging, knowledgeable, attentive, personable and professional. I went in for an adjustment and needed the frame replaced through my protection plan. AMAZING!

The doctor is friendly but the staffs are rude, no smile whatsoever. I went to this place last year, and i was very happy with the service; therefore, i go back again with the same expectation. I even recommended my husband to have his eye check and got the frame etc in this location. I am very disappointed.

I’ll start with this place and then post another bad review for the Eye “Doctor” associated with it. Staff negative 100 stars. Attention to detail negative 100 stars. Attitude negative 100 stars. I am not sure why I have tortured myself going to this place over the last few years. Every time I come in here for either myself or my kids it is a nightmare. Last time took 4 trips back and forth to get my sons glasses right. My wife is now on her third time and still not fixed. Add in the fact that it is a nightmare to ever park ever here (not their fault but adds to the aggravation) and there is no reason to go to this place. Warning go ANYWHERE ELSE.. ANYWHERE!!!
