Showed up 15 minutes before close to buy a pair insoles. Employee would not let me in without making an appointment. I replied I just want to buy insoles. She insisted that I come back another time to try them on. I said, nevermind, I’ll go somewhere else and she said ok.nFYI - I’ve spent a lot of money here in the last two years. I’m not coming back.
They won't let you in after 5:30. They advertised that close at 6 but the door was locked at 5:30 when we got there. She came to the door and said she had to clean and wouldn't let us in. We won't be going back.
Went to find a pair of work shoes since fracturing my ankle. I haven't been waited on in years and fitted for shoes in a very long time. This place was very refreshing. I was assisted by Beverly and she was super knowledgeable in the specific brand of shoe that I should get and directed me to them. We tried 2 different kinds. I walked back and forth as she watched me and she picked the best shoe that she thought would give me the best support and comfort around my ankle. I felt like I got a great pair of shoes and even better got great service from Beverly. I'll nvr buy shoes anywhere else.
Nice selection of high quality shoes. Expensive, of course. The staff are helpful, but not necessarily chatty, and hit-or-miss about going out of their way to make suggestions of things we haven't thought of.
I went sent by physician and was how told I would be taken care of. NOT the case. My experience was horrible. No suggestions for alternative shoes. Was sold an insole not recommend by doctor. I will not go back.
