Patients care has taken a backseat to greed! Incompetence from the Doctors is unbelievable!! Nurses are great and for the most part the office help is good. It’s been several major issues that I’ve held my tongue for, but no longer!! Go anywhere but Cairo medical if you care about competent care!

I can NOT begin to say ENOUGH GOOD about the receptionists, administrative assistants, office manager, medical assistants, nurses, and of course, doctors. Personally I've dealt with Ferenchick, LeFranc, and Magloire, though I'm sure the other health care providers are just as wonderful. Dr LeFranc and Dr Ferenchick are incredible doctors and I can not say ENOUGH GREAT things about these fine doctors. However Dr. Magloire is not just GREAT for prenatal care, but I am fairly sure she is secretly wonder woman as she is not just a prenatal care provider, but is also THE BEST Pediatrician I have EVER had for my little ones. As a parent I feel Empowered and better educated every time I bring a child in. Her conversation reveals that she is equally as humble as she is wise and knowledgable. The atmosphere here at this clinic is welcoming and efficient. Count yourself blessed indeed if Cairo Medical is where you go for health care, I know I do!

THEY REALLY DONT DESERVE 1 STAR I OWED A BALANCE OF $40 SO I ASK THEM CAN I PAY 20 ONE DAY AND 20 THE NEXT TIME I COME AND THEY WAS LIKE NALL WE NEED THE $40 DISMISS ME FROM THE PLACE SAYING I MISSED TOO MANY APPOINTMENTS WHICH I NEVER DID I ALWAYS LET THEM KNOW ONLY DISMISS ME BECAUSE I NEVER PAID THEM THEIR MONEY SO I ASK THE RECEPTIONIST WILL I EVER BE ABLE TO COME BACK AND I WAS GONE PAY THEM WHAT I OWED AND SHE WAS LIKE NO THEN HUNG UP THEY WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN AND I WILL BE GOING TO THOMASVILLE FROM NOW ON I WISH THEY HAD MORE OBGYN IN CAIRO

Every doctor on this team is fabulous. We have been patients of this practice since we moved to the area 16 years ago and the care is consistently wonderful. They listen; they think outside the box; they search for treatment options that fit real life rather than just assuming that the patient's life can be force fitted to a narrow band of treatment options. I'm going to go old school to six years ago. I was pregnant with my first child and the people I was living with at the time recommended I see Dr. Jonathan Lynch for all of my OB needs. At the time I didn't know exactly who the father of my baby was, and Dr. J Lynch wanted to push his Christian beliefs on me. That's rude and a violation of my rights. He made me cry my whole pregnancy. Fast forward to my due date, it passes and he said if I was pregnant the following Monday, he would induce. I went into labor later that evening. I wasn't dilating as fast as he wanted, and told me that I would be having a cesarean later the next day. A few years later, I went to the ER at Grady to have a pilonidal cyst drained. After everything was said and done, I was being discharged. On my discharge papers, I was told to call CMC the following day to set up an appointment to remove the packing from where the cyst was drained. At the time I didn't have insurance, whatever lady I was on the phone with from CMC said because I didn't have insurance at the time that they would not see me, and to just go back to the emergency room and have them remove it, and then she proceeded to hang up on me like the rude woman she was. I have never been treated so rude by a doctor's office until I began dealing with CMC. I tell anyone who brings them up, avoid them like the plague. Especially if you dont have insurance and if you don't want someone's unsolicited religious beliefs shoved down your throat. You would be better off making the drive to thomasville where you will be treated with respect and as an equal.
