Often times people become skeptical of reviews, but this review is true and honest. Since moving from NJ to GA it has been difficult to find a good source of supplements that are of quality. But also with team members that are knowledgeable and I can honestly say that with Derek and Jason they are super knowledgeable and have your best interest at heart with the best quality.nnI also started the training program with Derek 3 months ago and not only have I lost over 30 lbs. but I also feel better and can see true results and improvements overall.nnThey get 5 stars because they are a 5 star caliber nutrition shop and if you don’t believe me just check them out for yourself. Won’t know till you try and believe me you will be impressed!

Total nutrition Atlanta is the number one supplements and nutrition store in the area! Derek and Jason are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and take time to explain everything to me. Excited to reconnect with Derek from Total Nutrition Atlanta. My wife and I moved to Port Charlotte Florida in November 2012. Within months we went to total nutrition to get help with nutrition and and hopefully achieve goals to get in shape since we were getting up in age. We met Derek and he set us on a healthy path and advice without spending 100’s of dollars. Prior to meeting him we spent a fortune on so called miracle supplements, gimmicks, scams and bad advice. Within weeks we started noticing differences in our health, energy and strength. We were frequent visitors of the Port CHARLOTTE store and became part of our life. Then....... one day we went to store and Derek moved on to bigger and better things in life to Atlanta. Wasn’t long after that we started spending more on suggested different products and eventually lost interest and went back to our old ways. Again as we got even older we needed to try again to stay healthy so back to Amazon we went spending and spending and spending with little results. Recently a co worker that kept in touch with Derek gave me his number and we made the call. I spoke to him about my issue and goals and he spent an afternoon on phone with suggesting what I need and what I need with it to be most effective. My wife called the next day and again he spent time with her , maybe more lol since she is a vegetarian and 100 lbs soaked. In the past we always shared supplements and it cost us a fortune. You got it.... no results. Derek set us on our own plans to achieve different goals and minimal supplements for totally opposite body types. We now are back in the gym and have our confidence back to accomplish what we started 8 years ago and thankful we hooked back up with Derek. Even though he is now in Atlanta and we are still in Port CHARLOTTE he is only a phone call away to get his knowledgeable advice and not just sell us a product. Thanks for everything Derek. Mike O

Total Nutrition is my go to spot for everything I need health and wellness wise. Not only is the shop great but Derek is super knowledgeable about the products and has fantastic customer service. I highly recommended!!!
