I had a terrible experience here. The Dr started arguing with me when I asked questions. He point blank said, “I’ve answered your questions three times and I’m the Dr.” I said, “if I don’t understand, and I have more questions, I’ll ask again. I’m the customer.” He then proceeded to raise his voice with me and said he wouldn’t answer any more of my questions. So I just got up out of my seat and walked out. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a Dr in my entire life. I would strongly recommend not coming here. The other staff members were very polite.
The staff here is very helpful at picking out frames but the optometrist Ben Hampton is either unwilling to work with his patients or incompetent. His rude attitude towards this patient is enraging! Only one lens was not correct and after waiting 45 minutes to have the lens rechecked, which the lens specialist Nina recommended, the optometrist refused to recheck my prescription as he claims his measurements were perfect. He would not even refund my office visit fee so I can go elsewhere and have another optometrist retest my eyes.nDo NOT see the optometrist Ben Hampton as he clearly needs to retire. Aweful Experience!
Excellent evaluation and service. Dr. Hampton is experienced, knowledgeable, thorough and answers all questions. Nina is very helpful in selecting and fitting new glasses promptly.
The doctor is very professional in the staff are extremely helpful!
I had the most pleasant experience. The optician, Dr. Ben Hampton was very patient and nice. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood. Nina was amazing! Very welcoming, so helpful. I highly recommend it. I will definitely return.
