Julie was very friendly and helpful. She was able to put a pair of shoes on hold for me at the Buckhead location and gave me many options for another pair of shoes that I was looking for. She was happy to answer any questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, she made sure I left with a smile. It is seldom that I enjoy going out to shop, but this was the exception. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Julie!!
Although I LOVE Abadabbas..i don't like being followed around the store. Yes, the associate was cool, but she was literally attached to my hip! Other customers came in, but we're not babysat. FYI..Its not a good feeling.
Ryan at the East Cobb store was extremely helpful. Even though they were out of stock on the shoe we wanted, he contacted warehouse to make sure we got them in their next shipment.
Visited the East Cobb store, which is 35 miles from our home, because my wife wanted to try on a pair of shoes she knew they had in stock. We spent about an hour with our sales person, Ryan Bernstein who was very knowledgeable and offered outstanding customer service. We finally left after purchasing a pair of shoes for each of us and some Super Feet inserts for my running shoes. We will return and will make sure Ryan is there to help us. Great experience.
Had problem with post office delivering my martens. Abbaddabbas managers went above and beyond to help. Ryan and Jill are Aces!
