Didn't like how they spun the wings by shaking the takeout box to spread the sauce around. It made the inside of the box messy. Maybe it is their standard practice, but the full size location I went to didn't do that. Also I ordered on the app and they didn't start preparing the food until I arrived. Food was alright so no complaints there.
Ordered boneless wings and fries. Got the food as soon as it was prepared. Get home (few minutes away) only to see there were no fries and the wings were cold. Tried to call but the line acted disconnected. After a few tries I got someone on the phone. She was nice but the manager didn’t care to get on the phone. Got a refund and likely won’t go back.
First time at this location. I ordered online and it was ready when I got there. I was disappointed when I got home to see large feathers on the chicken. I won't stop going to BWW, but most likely will not go back to this particular location. Cleanliness isnimportant.
Enjoyed my visit there. Thought the lady who took the call was pleasant and the boneless wings were decent. Not overly huge, but good quality. The sauces were the best part. Did lemon pepper and the Asian Zing
Half of my to go order was wrong. They gave me bone in wings instead of boneless and my cauliflower bites didn't come with sauce on them. The boxes were labeled correctly, but the contents were not right.
