Horrible experience !! Purchased a 2017 refurbished ezgo rxv golf cart in Oct 2019.. Owner offered me cart for $5995, and would waive sales tax if I paid cash(red flag!!).. Cart was delivered and looked great.. Within the first few rides it was obvious the cart wasn't holding a charge.. Within first mile or so battery gauge would drop to 3/4 or 1/2 full.. Called Cross and they picked it up, after having it for a week or so, they diagnosed the issue as a bad dash gauge, and replaced it. The tech who repaired it dug the gauge out of the dash and left huge marks around it with a screwdriver...... My brand new dash was ruined !! oh well.. Upon receipt of the cart it was immediately evident the cart still wasn't fixed.. Cart still wasn't holding a charge.. Would maybe go 3-5 miles before dying.. Contacted Cross again..told them about the issue, said they were busy and would pick it up when they could.. Agreed that was fine, a few days later came home from work and my entire house was filled with a chemical smell, went into my garage and cart was so hot and i could hear the water in the batteries boiling.. any longer this thing could of caught my house on fire !! Told Cross to pick up asap!! He agreed.. After having it for about a week, got an email saying the charge cord was bad and they replaced it!! He also said he will no longer honor or deal with me in any capacity.. When i returned home from work, cart was left in my driveway.. Got in the cart to take for a quick ride.. Immediately noticed the carts speed had been reduced significantly.. It went from the 32mph (that i paid an extra $1000 for) to 19 mph.. Not only that, after using it 2 or 3 times in the past week, the charging issue is as bad as its ever been.. Had on the charger for 4 days straight.. Drove the cart approximately 3/4 of a mile and cart dropped to half full.. Barely got it back to my house before dying completely.. Owner Johnathan Cross has refused to speak with me!! Blocked my messages and had one of his employees tell me that they will not take responsibility for their incompetence, and poor quality!! Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.. If anything goes wrong they will turn their back on you to!!

They went out of their way to help my grandfather, who depends on his golf cart to help him get his chores done around his property, when his stopped working suddenly. And of course it happened during the quarantine when they were having to shut down, but they said they take care of their customers and now I see that they mean it.

We had a wonderful experience with these guys. We got a great golf cart at a excellent price. We will definitely do all our business with them.
