I had an issue with the first gun and I let Chris know and he immediately helped me out and got me a brand new gun within the next couple of days. Great service. This man has amazing service and responded and handled me with great customer care. It is far more efficient than other companies. Great service

a huge part of being satisfied with a product or a business, is being pleased with their customer service. I ordered the total massage gun and needed to contact the seller to inquire about shipping. I saw an ‘866’ customer service number, grabbed my ‘waiting on hold’ cookies, hunkered down on my laptop prepared to multitask while I waited on hold, and dialed the number. surprisingly, I didn’t have to press 800 touch tone keys to reach a human, as i was anticipating. instead, someone picked up the phone after two rings and it was the owner himself! not only was he kind enough to take the time to look up my order, he also made some wonderful suggestions for how to improve the quality of the product. so, let me just say, before I made the call, I had doubts as to whether I had made the right holiday gift purchase for my athletic, fitness buff brother who has mild scoliosis. and after the call, I felt at ease knowing that I had purchased a wonderful product AND the perfect product. the owner made me feel comfortable and talked to me like I was a human being and not just an order number. every time I shop local or small businesses, I am rarely displeased, and this is one of those occasions. support small businesses, people!! I highly recommend this business AND this product and ESPECIALLY appreciate their customer service.

I've checked out many of the massage guns out there on the market. Total Massage Gun was reasonably priced, has multiple tips and variable speeds. I love the ease of use to get to muscles that are tight and sore after running, especially my calf muscles. And I can now get my family to give me back rubs without complaint. My 9 year old son operates it on my shoulders and I get relief!
