Needed a suit tailored for my son, and found that it was too large. The tailor was able to guess perfectly his size. The store is large and overwhelming, so I went to an associate who directed me to the size and another associate immediately came up and took us through the whole process of finding the suit, trying it on, finding the shirt, offered ties and socks (but we didn't need that). I thought she was gonna get credit for the sale that's how much she helped. She led us to the tailor and was with us til the end. When I checked out I realized she was there to help me genuinely. That was nice.

Return policy is non existent. Rude employees, please more customer service training for your employees. One of them were quick with temper when I tried to return something. I said have a nice day and all I get is stared down. I wasn’t rude and barely said less than 10 words.
I found exactly what I needed. The store has an old warehouse feel, but the quality of the clothes is there and what you see is what you get. Thankfully, there is plenty of stock. The Michael Irvin clothing line, particular the sweaters are nice. I got buy two, get one free in the month of December. I recommend it!
