I have made orders for purchases twice online. Both times they assured me the orders would be ready. The first time I spent about 40 minutes. One of the items purchased was a wireless charger it worked 7 days. Took my daughter 7 days to call and get a replacement. Again I was told it would be ready.nI showed up and sat in car for 5 minutes, when I got out to go in they came out. Gave them name and why I was there. Not ready again.. Manager came out with an attitude.nThis place and most Verizon stores have substandard service...

Even though I am a loyal customer of Verizon I make it a point not to do business in store I prefer online or by phone. The whole in store experience is just tedious from start to finish. First there is usually a wait,even though not all sales reps appear to be busy then you have to sign in then wait some more. Both online or by phone I get fast and friendly service weather it's to get an answer to a question or make a purchase

Ordered phone for curbside pickup waited over a hour because their system was down waited over a hour and they could not tell me when I could get my phone very unsatisfied
