My Favorite shoe store
This is a pretty good strip mall shoe store. They have a fairly good selection of shoes and accessories. The employees were focused on their job and moved with purpose. It doesn't have nearly the amount of options as a larger store but they had everything I was looking for today.
We were in the store for over 20 minutes looking for shoes for my daughter and no one offered to help us. There was more than one employee in the store and only one other customer. Service here is either very good or very poor. Most if the time it is poor. Never shopping here again.
This place has horrible customer service!!!! Extremely rude staff. My kids best friend and my self were in there to get my daughter shoes. They’re were a total of 8-10 pair of the same style different colors. I picked gold instead of grey and black. They had a sale sticker, like 7 other pair did, $6 below regular price. I get to the register and the lady is rude and tells me they aren’t on sale just some of the others. Ok. Fine. Then she proceeds to tell me she put them on sale herself she knows they aren’t on sale. (Even though other sizes of the exact same shoe are?) misunderstanding. I understand that we’re all human. I thought she would at least offer to honor the sale sticker, nope. She just says “so do you want them or not” they’re rude and I hope she isn’t management.
