They also were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. Not only that, the place was clean, well organized, and visually pleasing. I want to thank them for everything. Thunder Tower West Harley Davidson is the best place to go for all your motorcycle needs. My salesman Russ Jones was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The GSM worked hard for me to make a deal happen. Tammy finished off the experience with her professionalism and friendly service. I have never had such a positive experience in all my life when purchasing any new vehicle. This dealership is second to none. I would highly recommend without hesitation.

I recently visited this dealer because they were the only one open on Sunday and I didn’t have another day to get out. I applied for credit online and was approved. Once that happened I got a call from Preacherman within a few minutes to speak with me. He set an appointment with me and I went in the next day. I looked online at the inventory they had and picked out a couple of bikes I was interested in.nnI arrived with my printouts of the bikes I wanted to look at and when I met with preacher he asked me the most important question “what bike are you looking for” he did not try to push me into something I didn’t want, something more expensive, etc. I showed him the ones I was looking at and he took me to see the bikes but did mention that I could take advantage of some better offers if I looked at new models, again, not pushing me, but informing me.nnWe ran numbers on a few bikes and as it turns out I did come out better on a new bike.nnThroughout the entire process preacherman was awesome, he kept me informed and worked with me. The entire dealer was really amazing, the F&I manager was able to work with me on my trade and get that paid off and gave me a little bump in trade value to cover the needed down payment. The other sales persons who weren’t even working with me were absolutely accommodating, they spoke with me, checked in with me, treated me like I was their customer. The people in parts, service, motor clothes, etc were all fantastic.nnWhen it was all said and done I ended up with a brand new bike (my first new Harley) payments LOWER than what I agreed to, and a truly fantastic experience. I could not be happier with every aspect of the process and now I can walk to my garage and see the brand new 1200 iron sitting there and just stare at it. I am beyond happy and want to thank everyone at Thunder tower west for making this happen.

Nice dealership and the people were great. They had several items that I haven't seen before. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, they had some awesome bikes but need a better selection of color. Several black bikes of all the models. Could be that they've sold the others!
