This company dose not need a 1 star the need 0 star. They refused to help the workers out when they asking for train in person with a district mgr and or at another store. When asking for help I get we are to busy to train the mgrs in person and should only be done online only. Understand that in this time of Covid-19 we need to be safe but how can you even train online when the equipment dose not work and you have to use your person computer and phone to do a job and when they know the stuff is not working. They say they understand it’s easy to train hands on but when they ask you do start reports and you don’t know how to even pull it up and the assistant says “ i don’t know how to do that” how can you train.
Cricket wirless is a great phone company ive been with them going on 2 years and ive never had an issue great people with even better plans
I had the best experience with Brooke at Summerville Georgia she is amazing and i recommend that store to everyone please stop by that store everyone there is so friendly
Had the best experience at Cricket Wireless in summerville ga they are all nice and friendly they really understand that you have a price range and they try and help you not go over it ... i recommend them to everyone
10/5/2020 I had a wonderful experience with brooke bw43k amd kenya ks659e they helped me set my phone up and etc .. Came back next day 10/6/2020 had another wonder experience with brooke. Thank u
