I have been a patient at V.M. for aprox 20 years. The infusion staff are all friendly and fast at the Federal Way campus. The rheumatology and cardiac departments are top notch. We moved 2 hours south but I still make the drive. They are that good!

This facility is definitely a total liar and greedy when it comes to money!! I called their customer service to make appointment to see my doctor for a COVID test. I asked her If I have to pay(copay) anything for the visit and she said because I’m the primary in my insurance I don’t have to pay anything. So I went and did the test. Weeks later and I got a $315 bill!!! If I knew that they’re a total liar and greedy, I could have gone to the drive through testing places that are totally free and no BS!!

Doctors, nurses and administrative staff are very attentive to your needs, very helpful! It’s perfectly safe to be in the hospital. They follow all safety requirements.nThank you everything you’re doing for your people!

They have saved my life. I love the care here. Best treatment I have ever recieved and I have had a lot. Way more then the average person. I would reccomend this facility to anyone.

Some of the staff that I encountered had terrible attitudes while I was there. I Wouldn’t come there even if I was on my last limb & last breath of life ud83dude02
