Denied Medical Attention to my Grandsons. I made an appointment for my 5 and 3 year old grandsons in which I have been given Custody. They are past due for their yearly exams. Medical cards/Insurance was provided when we checked in.nI was then told I had to provide the custody paperwork before they would see the kids. Clearly, I do not carry this paperwork with me. Regardless, why would this need to be provided for a check up?? As if I am scamming to get my grandsons medical attention. Even though they have Insurance under me.nWhen I was asked if I would like to reschedule the appointment. I denied and said I would take our busniess else where.

Found them on a whim here. I was not comfortable with the last pediatrician we had. Dr. Cheng and Dr. Jen takes their time. Being a first time mom, I had a lot of questions. I'm sure they've heard everything in the books but they allowed me to speak and not degrade or dismiss what I say. The staff is great. They have three exam rooms and it doesn't take 15+ mins to be seen by them. Will continue to come here as long as we are in the area.

Mother of a 29 week preemie. Couldn’t be happier!nFirst saw Dr. Cheng when my daughter was 18 months old. She came with a 1200 page medical history. I was nervous seeing the negative reviews, but went anyway. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Cheng was able to get my nervous/shy daughter to open up and laugh almost immediately. This says something because she has had plenty of reason to be suspicious of medical staff. They get busy, but are never too busy to fit you in if you are willing to be flexible.
