Pacific Medical Center - Federal Way

I have had really good experiences with this clinic. The staff is kind and courteous. My cardiologist took time to get to know me and my complicated medical history. Very impressed!

Dr. Judith Nielsen at Pacific Medical Center saved my life.nI met with Judith on Friday May 15th and she had the results of my MRI and insisted I go to the emergency room right away. I went home and called the clinic and told them I would go to the ER on Monday the 18th. Judith called me immediately and adamantly insisted I head to the ER so I went to Harborview. I had emergency surgery Monday morning to remove a benign brain tumor. Thank you Judith.nDave C.

The first couple times I went the staff was great. Then I had a couple bad experiences with a doctor. What makes me give a 1 star is my medical Bill was being submitted incorrectly I had to call numerous times and the lady was not very polite, then when she found out she was billing the wrong Bluecross Blueshield she never called to at least apologize and let me know.

I can't believe that this PacMed location only has 2 stars. I've been here 4 different times in the last year and have seen 3 different doctors. 3 out of the 4 times were for a problem or illness, so were appointments made last minute. Unlike some other clinics I've gone to, or tried to go to, this place has always had openings for same day or next day appointments. Everyone I've talked to on the phone and everyone I've seen in person there has been friendly and helpful. Dr. Scott Trapman is my favorite doctor there. He is very laid back and down to earth. To me it was like having a visit with a favorite uncle or something. Sadly, I'm moving out of the area so will have to find a new practitioner. But I definitely recommend PacMed in Federal Way.
