The wait time was 5 minutes. The nurse and female doctor were very attentive to my 14 year old daughter’s needs. Everything was wonderful. We will continue to visit your urgent care when we can’t get to her primary care physician. Thank you so much.
The nurse and doctor were friendly and quick! I checked in and within minutes was called already. I expected to wait a while since I was a walk-in but it went quickly and I was out before an hour.
Every single person we dealt with, including those who handled our phone inquiries, was professional and polite. Beyond any experience we have had with urgent care settings in the past.nWe sincerely appreciated the extra effort staff went through to assist us with the difficult restrictions for travel to return home to Hawaii.nI would go here again or recommend these warm, caring, professionals, in a heartbeat.
Staff here are awesome, Indigo is well staffed and very knowledgeable making the urgent check up process quick. I came for shingles breakout which was confirmed, skipped the shingles culture, given the prescription and fully recovered in two weeks. Definitely recommended clinic.
The staff was very helpful, thorough, and competent and caring. I really appreciated the calm and peaceful setting as well as their attentive care!
