Turns out it was a brain tumor, not a REM cycle abnormality.
Absolutely zero help on transferring my records to a new insurance company, have been with out my CPAP supplies for six months because of their lack of action. All I need is a fax of records to a new insurance company and they will not!
I don’t know how they get away with running this clinic the way they do. Everyone from the scheduler on down the line was incompetent, uncaring and all together just terrible. Dying from sleep apnea is literally a better option than going to this clinic.
My take-home sleep study cost $1,161. It took 46 days to see the doctor after my study. At the follow up, the doctor was unable to answer specific questions about my study. I left the appointment frustrated and confused. I would recommend seeking an alternative to MultiCare Sleep Centers.
