I would give this place a negative rating if I could. This is the worst of all the Multicare facilities. Front desk staff cannot handle getting messages to the DR's. Dr's never return calls. Don't waste your time with this place.
I Gusler and the whole team Dr Gusler is professional and knowledgeable I’ve had the best care possible in the worst time for my health.They provide great customer service from the check in to check out.
I like the doctors, nurses here. They are truly helpful and kind. However, a lady in the front desk is rude.
Don't bother unless you enjoy lost lab test specimens, poor communication, 80 minute waits to drop off lab specimens, and 2 week waits for basic results. Not recommended as their lab is incompetent. However, I do like my Nurse Practitioner.
Nice , polite service, disinfectant available but masks were not available.
