Slow employees and computer. Gotta wear a mask to cash a check? Check charge fees. This is a old house turned into a bank. I spit everywhere on the door as I left and counter. Mask on ground and garbage dumped in parking lot. Trash
Went through the drive-thru. Staff seemed a bit short-handed as there was a wait time to get service. Teller was polite and helpful. Transaction was very quick once performed. No real complaints. It is a very small country branch.
HELLO; I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT GOOD THE 800 NUMBER IS IF YOU CAN NOT TALK TO A PERSON. ALSO HOW MUCH MONEY DO YOU NEED TO KEEP IN THE CHECKING ACCOUNT TO AVOID THE MAINTENANCE FEE ? Very nice people.Helped very fast and very efficient.
The branch in Polk City was very unhelpful. If you need a notary but have stipulations on an employment letter (had the same letter notarized at another branch by the way) then don't become one! Being in service to the people is what it comes down to. Also if your staff is going to bad mouth customers at least wait until they are out of the branch. Just an FYI
