This bank needs to close permanently. Always one teller. Terrible service!
This place as a lot of good security everywhere and when you are their you feel welcome and self at same time.
This is the worst location with lazzzzzynemployees. I'm standing in line with 8 people in front and 10 people waiting in the lobby to see a personal banker. Only 1 teller and 1 personal banker working with another personal banker having a personal conversation for 10 minutes the other 2 tellers on a break. I said something and THEN she started to do her dang job!!! I'm in the bank line writing this waiting for service. 23 minutes in line is no joke.
It’s Friday and is only one taller workingnIt’s sad the branch is only 4 minutes from my home and I have to drive 25 minutes to another branch to get better service
There are never enough tellers working and the average wait for a simple transaction is always at least 45 minutes.
