Same as another reviewer, I've been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to see if they're going to send me a bill or what, and nothing. It goes to a busy tone and that's it. When I'm there the staff is nice if I'm nice. If I'm quiet, I'm treated rudely. I got new sheets that were stuck together with something sticky, who knows what. There's stains on the floors in the rooms and bathrooms, hairs stuck to the floor of a 'clean' room and strange pink organic projectile of some kind on the cieling tiles. If it weren't for the kind was of a few nurses this would be a 1.

Staff was transparent and clear with directions and information. Very friendly staff, very professional, and very reliable. I usually hate going to hospitals because of past experiances, but this was my best visit yet. They were obviously really busy today but still managed time for me and all my questions without making me feel rushed in any way and while still answering all questions I had

Utterly embarrassing ive been calling for the past 15 minutes and the phone rings and eventually goes into busy tone with no answer ever. How does a hospital not have receptionists to answer their own calls. How do u let the phones just die and nof answer them??? I need an answer and i need someone to pick up the phone when i call Baptist Hospital please and thank u.

I was finally approved by the oncologist to attend my 76 year old mom's visit. She will be starting chemo soon. I was so very happy because I can ask questions, meet the doctor and gain comfort about what she's about to go through.nnToday's supposedly was awful, misleading.nnErika (entry check point) denied my visit with my mom, even after showing her we recieved a confirmation via text. In fact, she called the doctors office who said they have to confirm with the doctor.nnWow!nnI maintained my cool, sat in my car praying my mom would be fine. I let Ericka know I will submit a formal complaint to Baptist Hospital South. I really do not appreciate miscommunications when it comes d ou down to a person's health, especially my mom. I will never recommend a cancer patient to receive services at your facility because Baptist failed me and my mom.nnBaptist Hospital South...shame on you & Erika!nnAlways me,nTonnette Collier, M.Ed.

My mom went to er the nurse Danny in the er was great loving and caring since she arrived the reason I am giving a one star two things radiology lady and the ekg tech. EKG tech that did the second ekg had no respect for my mom pull all the cables once he finish and called her mama instead of her name threw his spectralink next to the bed because they were calling him total disregard for my mom the lady in radiology no customer service at all two things that I would say is her er nurse Daniel and they physician all other awful sorry but so true
