This is one of the last surviving places where you can get a high quality steak in the classic American West style. Their meats are lightly seasoned with just a touch of salt to bring out the natural flavors, instead of trying to cover it all up with some spice rub. Portions are reasonable and the sides are tasty without distracting from the main entree. The dining room features high-wall booths, making this a pleasantly quiet venue, too.
