I had a really nice experience at this location. The staff was fast and helpful. They were on top of our drinks and making sure we are taken care of. The server even wore gloves when serving our food which I loved. One thing that does need to be taking into consideration is the volume of the music and throwing away the menus at this time. Yes, I completely understand saving paper, but not right now during COVID. Health of others should be a priority.
Wanted to surprise my boyfriend by having food delivered to him at work. We both work so I couldn’t go get it and take it to him myself. Anyway, food never arrived. We called the restaurant and they told us to contact door dash. We did and they wanted to replace the meal. Super nice of them. But wasn’t worth such a hassle in the end. We specified what we had ordered and it arrived incorrect. And 30 minutes late. I mean at least it showed up this time. But still! The burger wasn’t well done and the fries were disappointing. It’s safe to say we won’t be ordering from this restaurant again. Like I said, it just wasn’t worth the hassle.
The ingredients on the pizza appeared to be fresh and really good. Cooked thoroughly and tasted above average. The french fries were good, but also partly bland. Not much flavor. Prices are average /slightly above average in comparison to other businesses of the like. Customer service was decent. Overall, I would return and recommend.
Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. The place has a cool feel to it. Reminds me of a place in New York I loved to visit.
I am giving 2 stars for 2 reasons. We picked this restaurant because it advertised outdoor seating and I have had good experiences at the location the Landing in Renton. We showed up for lunch on a nice day and were told the outdoor seating was not open. Looked like there was nothing wrong with if from the window. Not sure of the decision making process of not letting customers sit outside during a pandemic even though there were only a few customers inside at the time. The second reason is the Get Back Mac & Cheese. I do not know if this is the way it is normally is or just because the cook working that day. You do not get much mac & cheese for the price of $13.95. It shows some sort of roll in the photo and there was none. The dish comes in the pan, but it was as if the bacon was cooked in the pan and the mac & cheese was poured on the top without draining the grease.... probably an 1/8th inch grease. Enough that you had to pile the noodles up to let the grease drain off so you could eat them. Given all that, the mac & cheese was very good when it was out of the grease.
