Super slow service in the drive thru!

People try to be nice there, but the workings are a nightmare. When the power outage happened 2 weeks ago, they shut down without any notice anywhere and Google kept saying they are open. When I visited them 3 days ago, their system crashed and I had to wait forever.

Refuses to open lobby for customers, IF the drive through is open, you will have to wait for the line wrapped around the building. They clearly aren't interested in serving their customers. Several people I know are already pulling their money from this faulty bank.

Made an appointment online to speak to a banker and got an email the day before of which banker my appointment was with. The appointment stated that it would be over the phone but what I needed done I know would have required me to come in. I called the bank before my appointment and explained to them my situation and found out that the person I was originally supposed to have my appointment with was not there that day. Mind you I called a few minutes before my “phone” appointment. If I didn’t call I wouldn’t have gotten a call from the bank or from someone else to take the spot of my original banker whom I was supposed to have an appointment with. The only reason I am giving this place one star is because of the lady at the counter and Cody were able to assist me with a very important matter. Thank you to them. The appointment scheduling obviously needs to be fixed though.

Lines move very slow but the staff is great! I don't mind waiting for good service.
