ud83dude2eno merchant teller either and long long long lines. Management is the cause of short staff, treat people fairly and they stay but not at this location, upper management need to step in now! Also alot of new people that have no clue, why aren’t they trained properly?

This branch is chronically understaffed, even the simplest of transactions takes entirely too long. I also haven’t seen hardly any Covid precautions implemented, I don’t see tellers sanitizing desks, staff wear masks not covering their noses, staff and customers are not socially distanced. Management needs to implement some changes here fast.

I am very concerned with the lack of Covid regulations at this branch. The bank is packed with people every time I go in, even when businesses are supposed to be at 25% capacity. I honestly felt unsafe with the lack of crowd control. I know they were doing appointment-only back in the summer, so why is it suddenly open for everyone during a state-mandated lockdown?nnLeaving 3 stars only because I know the tellers and bankers are always under-staffed and doing the best they can. I hope someone in upper management sees this so they can assist their staff and customers with this wildly non-compliant management during a global pandemic.

Terrible experience. No social distancing and wasn't following covid protocols at all. Super slow.

This branch is ALWAYS slow and short staffed. They also do not enforce the social distancing order. Nobody at the door to check masks. Always overcrowded and busy inside and nobody seems to care. This business is not safe to go to, go to another location!
