I have good credit, great payment history, I went to chase to get information about their investing plans. Since the beginning I noticed they didn't wanted to help me. When they attended me they assumed I didn't have a SSN. I told them I have the same rights and documents than anyone else and the way they treat foreigners is bad and they the manager should do something about it.
The worse experience I have ever got in a bank. I hear good things about chase that’s why I went to try to open a business account and let me tell you that this branch has to be the worse manage and the worse personal. I didn’t open the account here and wouldn’t recommend at all
They have the worse management team and the worse personal working here. I spend 3 hours on something that usually takes 20 minutes, nobody knew the order people walk in and I never experienced such a bad attitude by the management.
You do not have enough help in your bank. Drive thru or inside. Disappointed.
Staff at the counter have always been great. No ATM problems. Many people make appointments to see personal bankers - don't expect walk-in banker service.
