I would give 5 stars but the only downfall is the fact theirs only one drive thru. Everything about the place has always been pleasant!

I was working with Mary Chica. She provided me with exceptional customer service from the beginning to end. She went above and beyond at a rapid pace to insure all my questions and needs were adhered to. She makes Sound CU look that much better. I'm proud to be a member!

First time I found one bank that would work on a problem (estate account) to redeem US bond from the estate. call 5 other larger bank and they would not touch them (to much work) . scheduled appt with Mary Chica and she sent over 3 hours helping me with this .WOW I can not tell you how much she helped me getting through with process. super lady thanks you so much.
