Every experience so far has been very pleasant and helpful. They are located inside the grocery store.
They always treat me great. I go in a couple times a months. Very professional.
The actual phone center not this branch. But Charging overdraft fees you call and they will refund you half. What are you serious. Been here 10 years and the last 3 months I have been. Lied to. Charged overdraft for things I have no clue about and I am being treated like o you can have half your money back.
Your customer service sucks, so does your Branch Manager and Customer Service Reps. My husband went in to deposit a substantial amount of money into our Business Account -- and was denied. YOU SUCK and no longer have our business - not surprised at all how many bad reviews they get and that this Bank will go under soon - hopefully they take all their goons with them down the road.
