I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone, ever. My boyfriend made his mortgage payments in cash in the branch but they never once made him aware that there was a problem with his loan. We are facing foreclosure and his credit has been devastated by this. We've been trying for months to get the loan straightened out but are told different things by different people when they happen to answer the phone.nThe communication at this bank is terrible. Tellers can't see when loans are in trouble. Foreclosure Analysts don't call people back. I'm now dealing directly with the Assistance VP of Late Stage lending and it's just more of the same. I have told her numerous times we are willing and able to pay the loan entirely current but she has failed to have the professionalism to even email me back.nI want someone from the bank who can actually do something to contact me. I am sick of leaving voicemails that aren't returned and requesting information to just be ignored.
