Chase Bank

Been going here since they opened they've always been very slow but good as far as customer service now new style new look they don't cash checks they don't have drive-through they can't help you I don't even know what they do now went in there for the 1st time the other day the person that used to be a teller was walking around in circles looking more lost than I was she could no help me or the other people that walked in what a joke don't waste your time find a new bank this place sucks

They got rid of all tellers. Went in to exchange some money for smaller bills and they told me they don't handle cash. If Chase is going to start getting rid of all tellers, I think I'll have to consider switching to a different bank. I won't support automation replacing staff like this.

This has been the 2nd time I was recommended by a teller to use the ATM for a deposit because it will be faster. I think customers visit a bank due to preferences and specific needs. In my case, I am more comfortable to talk to a real person when it comes to my money. The recommendation, in a way, makes your customers feel not welcomed. Why are there even tellers in banks if everyone is recommended to be using the machine instead???

There is no longer a walkup counter at the Chase Bank in Federal Way, 34624 16th Ave S, Federal Way, WA 98003. Terrible idea Chase!! I will be seeking a new bank for my business account if this is the new trend for Chase Bank locations.

This Branch Has No Tellers! You can’t get anything done that you can’t do at an ATM! This is absolutely a FAILURE as Chase tries to get rid of employees. It’s Garbage! Don’t bother going here.
