Outstanding job done by Robert Hopp. Great customer service. Never gave up and used all his resources to resolve the problem. A person that takes pride in his work.
I can now recall why I closed my US Bank account year's ago. Today I went to deposit a check, a Chase Check. Oh of course, it's going to take 7 day's to clear. I took my check back, went to my other Bank, Wells Fargo and funds availability in full tomorrow! Apparently when I reopened my US Bank with 55K they didn't seem to mind that, but now they want to sit on my money for a week. I'll be closing again and Wells Fargo will be happy to hear it!!! Or BOA, they clear funds quick too.
The customer service at this location is a joke it is nonexistent if you want to do business with U.S. Bank you’re better off finding another branch.
