Sophia, one of the pet advisors welcomed me very kindly and showed me through the pet facility. It was extremely clean and plentiful with everything you would ever need. Everyone was so kind and friendly, they had great music, and the puppies were a great distraction in the window while patiently waiting. Emily, another pet advisor helped me finish of with a payment plan. She was incredibly sweet and helpful. She explained everything very clearly and thoroughly and helped us get through the process quickly and seamlessly. This place is great, the animals are grade A. Well behaved and cared for. I definitely suggest it! Going to come back for my second dog here soon :)
The experience was great. Emily went above and beyond in order to make sure we have all the information needed to take the right decision. The store it’s brand new and all the personnel it’s really nice. It’s our first puppy ever and we couldn’t be happier with how easy and smooth was the process. THE BEST PUPPY STORE! They get their puppies from amazing breeders and are so transparent. They showed me where my puppy came from and it was so nice to know I wasn't buying a puppy that comes from a bad breeder that doesn't care about the health and happiness of their dogs. Would recommend to anybody looking for a healthy happy dog.
Very happy with my experience at PuppyBuddy! The staff was so friendly and the puppies looked well taken care of. They were so cute. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new fur baby!
This store is amazing! The staff was excellent! Everyone was knowledgeable about the breeds. If your looking for a puppy this is the place to go.They take great care of them and they look very happy and healthy!
