This is a drive-thru only branch so it should have more then one teller working. Waited in line for 30 min and the line never once moved when I called the branch they said it had a large commercial deposit and only one teller working. That’s completely unacceptable and unfair to the teller as well to be expected to do all the work!! Horrible management I will never return here.

Horrible service the woman in the front desk by the teller was very unprofessional and rude and told me to wait 48 hours for a wire transfer regardless of the funds being avaliable in my account. I went down the street to the flagler branch where it was cashed no questions asked . DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH very RUDE people.

I went to open an account today, I sat in the waiting room I was the next to pass, the only account executive who was there working was about 45 minutes talking any number of things with the client I had, I slept I woke up and They were still talking stupid things, how can you trust to open an account in a bank like that?

Pesimo the work of this Bank .. The ATM that have outside that has more than 30 years took me $ 300.00 in a deposit of $ 3000.00 I made and to my surprise I had to come more than three times to reclarmarlos sign 70 papers and they have called me from the Central Bank asking me 80 questions and they do not return the money having cameras throughout the Bank ... 10 days have passed .. inconceivable these things .. horrible ...nnHorrible the Work of this Bank ..
