Professional and friendly customer service, excellent surroundings, great people
Misael Fabelo made me wait for 1/2 hour just to tell me he could NOT provide the notary service I needed, tho I've been a customer of BofA since 1967!!nAlso, he spoke Spanish to me, but treated me like I was his buddy, not his customer, thus without respect. Spanish is s rich language, so if he doesn't know its protocol, he ought to not even attempt to do it.nI can see that my impression of the service at this branch, is pretty much in line with all the other comments posted in here: LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Finally getting better. Ling is the most fun and friendly rep ever. Fast and super casual service.
Friendly and thorough staff. Yes its a bit busy but the area is booming with business. I do wish they had one more window rep to move things along but the reps are very respectful and pleasant.
Worst bank I’ve ever been. Horrible customer service.
