I was stuck with no cash due to fraudulent hold on my account. The manager verified my information and did an override so I could do a withdrawal. The manager was very helpful and friendly

Scared me to no end. The employees, some not all, were not wearing masks. When they were asked to wear one they said 'no'.nnSome of them were half covering their faces while dealing with customers.nnIn this pandemic, (and in South Florida) I would think that the manager of this branch would take the health of their employees and their customers a lot more serious.nnI am high risk and the majority of customers that come to this branch are Latino (brown) and highly susceptible to serious complications should they get the virus.nnThis actually angered me. Shame on you!!

Customer service was horrible from the teller and the bank manager. I was trying to deposit two checks from Chase and they was telling me I couldn't deposit those checks from the same bank because it had to be endorsed properly, when I contact the 1800 customer service they said that they were wrong not allowing me to deposit those checks and on the same day I went to another chase bank office and had no problem at all. Try to stay away from this branch they need to learn how to talk and treat their clients. I don't know how chase hired tellers and branch managers like that. Stay away from this branch..just drive some other place

Horrible service don’t bother coming inside at least a 45 min wait time

I tried to make an appointment. I called for a few days and no one answered. Finally when someone answered, she told me I didn’t need an appointment. The day I went to solve my problem, it took hours for an agent to help me. People in line were also upset with the service. Very bad customer service.
